In this two-day workshop we will be diving into an exploration of Polarity Therapy through its interface with Ayurvedic Thai Massage.

Polarity Therapy, developed by Dr. Randolph Stone, is a comprehensive system of bodywork that focuses on restoring and maintaining energetic flow and balance within the body. Both Polarity Therapy and Thai Massage have their roots in the yogic and Ayurvedic teachings of India, thus share many of the same basic principles and concepts.

For this workshop, we have developed a sequence that integrates the practice of Polarity Therapy energywork with Vedic Thai Massage theory, body mechanics, and assisted postures. We will be exploring both the Earth and Water elements using the Polarity triad relationships, while incorporating Ayurvedic marma point techniques and an understanding of the doshic constitutions.

We will be working on the floor, so please bring a padded mat, Thai mat, memory foam, etc. if you have one.

The class structure will be Saturday and Sunday from 9am-6pm.
Day 1: Water Session
Day 2: Earth Session

During lunch we will share a vegetarian potluck so please bring something delicious to share!

We will be cultivating a sweet space with loving touch and caring intention. Come as you are!
