. This is the start of a series, but it also works alone, so you can benefit from it on its own.

We're excited to teach at EneRay and meet your community. This will be our first time teaching in St Augustine!

Please bring a Thai mat or something similar, like a thin futon or a memory foam topper. If you want to buy a real mat, ask Ariela for suggestions.

We appreciate everyone contributing to our class, so bringing chocolate or fruit for a snack table is great. We’ll have a one-hour lunch break at noon. You can bring food or we can visit nearby restaurants.
